The Willow Springs Library is a warm and welcoming place for students, teachers, and parents. It is the goal of the library program to develop and encourage a love of reading in all students and assist them in becoming critical thinkers who are effective and responsible users of information. Parents are always welcome in the library as volunteers for shelving and book fairs.

Student Access

• The Library Media Center is open during school hours for the circulation of books, reading for pleasure, research in small or large groups, and class activities.
• Grades K-3 have a weekly lesson and time for checking out books. Grades 4-6 also have a weekly time for checking out books and teachers schedule additional library time as needed. 

Check Out   

Students may have the following number of books checked out:

• Kindergarten –
  • 1 Book - First and Second Quarter,
  • 2 Books - Third and Fourth Quarter
• 1st and 2nd - 3 Books
• 3rd - 4 Books
• 4th - 6th - 5 Books
