Willow Springs Instructional Resource Team consists of a Reading Specialist; and a Reading Instructional Assistants.

The Reading Specialist and Instructional Assistants serve as classroom supporters when they work inside classrooms to help teachers implement new ideas through demonstration, co-teaching, or observation and feedback. They also provide one-on-one opportunities for students.
