Willow Springs Instructional Resource Team consists of an Instructional Coach, a Reading Specialist, and two Reading Instructional Assistants.

Our Instructional Coach is a School Leader, Classroom Supporter, Instructional Specialist, Curriculum Specialist, Catalyst for Change, Learning Facilitator, Data Coach, Staff Mentor, Learner, and Resource Provider.

The Reading Specialist and Instructional Assistants serve as classroom supporters when they work inside classrooms to help teachers implement new ideas through demonstration, co-teaching, or observation and feedback. They also provide one-on-one opportunities for students.
